About Rental Partners. Rental Partners Holdings LLC (“Rental Partners,” “we,” “us”) provides storage containers to customers in the United States through rent-to-own agreements. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, our application process, and our communications with you. Your rental is governed by the signed rental-purchase agreement you enter into with us, which takes precedence if anything here conflicts with it.
Our services. Customers apply for a rent-to-own container through our online or paper application. Applications are reviewed and approved at our discretion, and we may request verification documents (such as proof of income, property ownership, lease agreement, or permits) to complete processing. Upon approval and signing, containers are delivered to the customer’s site, and the customer makes recurring rental payments under the terms of their agreement, with ownership transferring per the rental-purchase agreement. Pricing, payment schedules, delivery terms, and early purchase options are stated in each customer’s agreement.
Applications and accuracy. By submitting an application, you certify the information provided is true and correct and authorize Rental Partners to verify it, including through third-party verification services.
Payments. Payment amounts, due dates, autopay terms, fees, and the consequences of missed payments are set out in your rental-purchase agreement. Questions about your account can be directed to us at the contact information below.
SMS Communications. By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive text messages on our application, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Rental Partners regarding your application and account, including document upload requests, application status updates, payment reminders, and account notifications. Message frequency varies based on account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; after opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. For help, reply HELP or contact us below. Mobile information and text messaging opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
